FAQ
Common questions.
Is Nova XR fundable?
Nova XR is a bespoke immersive engineering offer, outside the classic Nova Academy catalogue. OPCO, employer plans or other schemes may apply to specific pedagogical engineering phases. We assess this per project.
Do we need one headset per learner?
No. Desktop mode allows group debriefs; headsets can be shared in rotation for 20-minute sessions.
Which headsets do you actually deploy?
Meta Quest 3 as primary standard and Pico 4 Enterprise for managed fleets. Our proprietary hardware visual is shown on this site. Full equipment walkthrough during your private demo.
How long does co-design take?
Typically 4–8 weeks depending on scenario complexity, integrations and number of branchings.
Motion sickness and accessibility?
Sessions are capped at 20 minutes with breaks; desktop mode is available for users who cannot wear a headset.
How is this different from a 360° video?
Nova XR offers active branchings, real-time decisions and automatic KPIs, not passive viewing.
Who owns the scenario?
Capsulecom Group retains IP on proprietary methodologies and base scenarios; client-specific adaptations are licensed per deployment.
